Adult-Oriented Theme Notice: Our products are hand-crafted from repurposed materials historically utilized in the production of wine and distilled spirits (whiskey barrels). While we do not sell alcoholic beverages, our website, marketing, social media interaction (@OakandIronww), and product catalog are intended for an adult audience. By utilizing this Service or purchasing our custom barrel decor, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age or have the explicit supervision and consent of a legal adult guardian in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, UNIQUE MATERIAL DISCLOSURE, AND SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products are subject to our Return Policy.

  • The Unique Nature of Handcrafted Barrel Items: Our products are custom-crafted utilizing authentic, repurposed whiskey and wine barrels. By placing an order with Oak & Iron Woodworking, LLC, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following conditions regarding these structural materials:

    • (a) Individual Character & Non-Identicality: Every single piece of decor is custom-made and completely unique. No two items are identical.

    • (b) Natural Variances: The raw materials used contain individual variations native to their past usage in distilleries and wineries. These include, but are not limited to, variations in wood grain, distinct color shading, wine/spirit deep-tissue staining, natural marks, barrel stamps, brandings, charring, blemishes, knots, seasoning cracks (checking), and weathering on wood or metal components.

    • (c) Non-Defective Classification: These natural markings, material imperfections, and variances are intentional, represent the historical authenticity of the recycled barrels, and constitute an essential aesthetic part of the finished decor. Therefore, minor differences between the received item and website product photographs do not constitute a manufacturer defect. Such differences are not eligible for automated "defective item" refunds, returns, or complimentary exchanges.

  • Geographic Restrictions (U.S. Only): At this time, Oak & Iron Woodworking, LLC limits all product sales, transactions, and shipping fulfillment strictly to addresses located within the United States of America. We do not offer international shipping or accept international orders through the automated storefront at this time.

  • International Inquiries: If you reside outside the United States and have an interest in our products, you are welcome to email us at oakironww@gmail.com. We will retain your contact information to gauge international market interest and can provide future notifications and updates should our shipping capabilities expand globally.

All text, images, graphics, custom designs, and logos featured on this website are the intellectual property of Oak & Iron Woodworking, LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
